Progressive is seeking a senior claims specialist in Spokane Valley, WA to lead investigation of injury claims, coordinate with police, medical professionals, claimants and attorneys, and determine coverage and liability. This is a hybrid role with four days per month in the office for important meetings, training, and collaboration.

If you prefer more in-office time, you may work in the office more than four days per month.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling OR
• Two years in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree OR
• Four years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling and an associate degree

Responsabilités

• Investigate injury claims and assess coverage and liability
• Consult with police officers, medical professionals, claimants and attorneys involved in the accident
• Coordinate with teams to resolve high-risk or attorney-represented claims
• Apply discovery tools such as interrogatories, depositions and document production
