Progressive is seeking a senior claims specialist to investigate high-risk injury claims and coordinate with police, medical professionals, and claimants to determine coverage and liability.

This hybrid role involves reporting to an office about four days per month for meetings and training, with strong coaching from a supportive team. In-office work is welcome beyond four days a month, and an incentive gainshare is available.

Competenze

• Five years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling.
• Two years in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree.
• Four years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling and an associate degree.

Mansioni

• Investigate complex and high-risk injury claims, including attorney-represented cases.
• Consult with police officers, medical professionals, claimants and others involved in the accident.
• Determine coverage, liability and the total value of the claim.
