Progressive is seeking a senior claims specialist in Washington. This hybrid role involves investigating complex injury claims, coordinating with police, medical professionals, claimants, and attorneys to determine coverage and liability.

You will report to meetings a few days per month and may work more in-office if desired. Minimum qualifications include multi-year claims experience with specific education options.

• Five years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling.
• Two years in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree.
• Four years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling and an associate degree.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate complex and high‑risk claims, including those potentially attorney represented or with litigation features.
• Consult with police officers, medical professionals, claimants and others involved in the accident to gather information.
• Determine coverage, liability and total value of the claim based on collected information.
