Caliber Collision Valencia Service Center is looking for experienced auto body technicians to repair, straighten, and reassemble a variety of collision repairs. You will work with skilled teams to restore vehicles to factory specs, emphasizing accuracy and safety.

We value detail, strong frame knowledge, and a no-shortcuts mindset. Eligible U.S. workers with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs will fit well in our collaborative shop environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Detail-focused with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy.
• Handle full collision repair from start to finish.
• Repair panels and structural components to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and proper fit and finish.
