Caliber's San Clemente Service Center is hiring skilled auto collision repair technicians to restore vehicles to factory specs. You’ll work on full collision repairs with a focus on accuracy and safety, using modern equipment and trusted processes.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts and welds.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
