Job summary

Caliber Collision in California is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to restore vehicles to factory specifications. You will perform full collision repair, from fender to frame, with emphasis on accurate panel alignment and structural restoration.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frame components.
• Blueprinting and precise repair workmanship to factory specs.
• Keen eye for detail: bolts, welds, and alignment must be exact.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no shortcuts-aim for exact factory specs.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore original geometry.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff as a team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
