Job summary

Caliber is seeking an experienced auto body technician at our Service Center in Clovis. You’ll perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using precise techniques and factory specs. A strong eye for detail and ability to work as part of a team are essential.

Two years of experience, along with frame knowledge and a no-shortcuts mindset, will help you succeed. I-CAR and ASE certifications are valued and supported during training and advancement.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• Commitment to blueprinting and doing the job right the first time.
• Attention to detail; tighten bolts and welds accurately.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major/frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with paint, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
