Crash Champions is hiring a skilled collision repair technician to inspect damaged vehicles, plan repairs, and execute high-quality work with emphasis on timeliness. You will work with a team to communicate progress and ensure safety standards are met.

The role requires knowledge of vehicle repair processes, frame machine operation, and the ability to supervise apprentices when needed. A background check is required for employment.

Qualifications

• Ability to use a frame machine.
• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certification.
• Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicles and plan repair processes.
• Communicate repair status with team.
• Perform quality repairs with on-time focus.
• Decide on repair vs. replacement considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Disassemble/reassemble components as needed to access areas.
• Attend safety meetings as required.
• Direct an apprentice and guide tasks as needed.
