Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking skilled auto body repair professionals to examine damaged vehicles and plan efficient repair sequences at one of our many state-of-the-art shops. You will communicate progress with teammates and ensure quality repairs while keeping schedules on track.

The role requires body repair certification (or equivalent) and experience with measuring data. You will guide an apprentice when needed and participate in safety meetings; a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Frame machine operation and repair knowledge.
• Body repair certification preferred.
• Understanding of manufacturer repair processes.
• I-CAR welding certification or equivalent.
• Ability to read measurement data and analyze results.
• Experience supervising repair personnel.
• Pass a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair process for damaged vehicles.
• Coordinate with team on repair status.
• Perform quality repairs and maintain on-time status.
• Decide repair vs. replacement with safety and cost in mind.
• Dismantle components to access areas.
• Attend safety meetings.
• File, grind, and sand surfaces using tools.
• Direct apprentices and explain procedures.
