Crash Champions is seeking an experienced collision repair professional to join our on-site team. You will manage and perform high-quality repairs on damaged vehicles, ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-time delivery while coordinating with colleagues across the shop.

Qualifications

• Ability to use a frame machine and perform alignment tasks.
• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certified.
• Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates repair status with team.
• Performs quality repairs while keeping on-time status.
• Decides on repair vs. replacement considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Removes upholstery and components to access fenders.
• Participates in safety meetings.
• Files, grinds, sands repaired surfaces with tools.
• Directs an apprentice and explains procedures.
