Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, ensuring speed, quality and customer excellence. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and inspect vehicles while aligning with KPIs and brand standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and either technical schooling or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair. Benefits include PTO, holidays, health coverage Day 1, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare repair work and estimates for customers.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace or repair damaged sections and glass/trim as needed.
• Weld and attach parts, and repaint vehicles to factory specs or equivalent.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
