Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician responsible for assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will work with a team to meet KPIs and uphold brand standards, using tools to repair and refinish autos.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and either technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship. Physical work in a noisy shop with safety precautions is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Able to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Repair dents, replace parts, and refinish vehicles.
• Realign chassis and frame components as needed.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure repair quality and safety.
