Job summary

Xceedance is seeking Commercial Auto Bodily Injury Adjusters to provide claim services for a prestigious client in a fully remote role across the United States, with a preference for candidates in the EST/CST time zones. You will manage investigations, evaluations, and disposition strategies, pursue subrogation opportunities, and collaborate with defense counsel to resolve litigated files on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; all qualified candidates will be considered.
• 5+ years of liability litigation experience, handling bodily injury exposures of moderate to high complexity.
• Independent State Adjuster licenses required; ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a high production environment utilizing technology to handle claims virtually.
• Strong analytical reasoning with ability to make autonomous decisions.

Responsibilities

• Formulate an action-driven and timely investigation plan, documenting all relevant information.
• Formulate timely and accurate case evaluations.
• Assess probability of success and initiate disposition strategy, including negotiations.
• Identify opportunities for recovery (subrogation) and pursue accordingly.
• Evaluate coverage and drive strategy with defense counsel for litigation and disposition plans.
• Ensure adherence to defined Service Level Agreements and achieve strong claim outcomes.
• Grow and develop skills through enhanced training programs.
