ideal3 is seeking a highly motivated Claims Adjuster to join our team. This is a 100% remote role focusing on bodily injury and general liability claims (non-auto). Applicants must be licensed and have 2–5 years of claims-handling experience.

We value strong writing, communication, and a collaborative approach to serving brokers and clients. As part of our remote culture, you will review coverage, investigate issues, draft letters, set reserves, and coordinate with counsel and vendors.

Formación

• 2–5 years of claims-handling experience required.
• Must be licensed to apply.
• Strong writing and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with brokers, counsel, and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Reviewing claims for coverage and determining applicability.
• Investigating coverage issues and gathering evidence.
• Conducting timely investigations, including interviews.
• Establishing and revising claims reserves based on developments.
• Drafting letters and reports, including settlement recommendations.
• Appointing defense and coverage counsel as appropriate.
• Maintaining claim files and updating diary.
• Timekeeping for billing and invoicing.
