Mercury Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Auto Appraiser to travel within the West San Fernando Valley and surrounding CA areas. You will inspect vehicle damage for first- and third-party claims, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements with repair facilities.

The role requires strong knowledge of vehicle values, current market trends, and excellent customer service. In-person interviews may be required in CA, with travel up to 50% of the time.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of technical training is required.
• Company-sponsored Adjuster's license may be required upon hire.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and evaluate the degree of physical damage to vehicles for first and third-party claims; complete detailed summaries and repair estimates.
• Present estimates and negotiate settlements with repair facilities and related parties.
• Take photographs and submit compliant reports; perform re-inspections and authorize supplementary repairs.
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the repair process and provide timely service.
• Stay updated on vehicle values, market trends, and company policies.
