Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) for a remote role. You will lead pricing teams, oversee analyses, and interact with clients to translate insights into pricing strategies.

The role emphasizes coaching, project leadership, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive high-quality outcomes in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 6 years of post-bachelor actuarial analysis in commercial insurance.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 4 years personal lines and 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• ACAS certification is required.
• Requires strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills.
• Solid understanding of the market landscape.
• Ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and train professional staff.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead actuarial pricing analyses for auto and related products.
• Oversee Analysts and Consultants, manage projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to staff.
• Balance business results with available human capital.
