Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Senior Authorization Specialist to lead onboarding and training for new staff. You will act as the main point of contact between Patient Accounting, management, and directors to ensure clear communication and smooth workflows.

Responsibilities include coordinating orientation at 15/45/90 day milestones, developing education programs with the training team, and providing on-site training as needed to support the mission of improving cancer care access.

Qualifications

• Minimum GED required and strong customer service orientation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to adapt to changing processes and learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Orient, train, and mentor new employees during onboarding.
• Serve as main liaison between Patient Accounting and leadership.
• Monitor onboarding progress and ensure timely outcomes.
• Collaborate with managers on evaluations and education needs.
• Provide on-site job-specific training during orientation period.
