Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Senior Director of Credentialing to lead enterprise credentialing, enrollment, licensing, and provider onboarding across the platform. You will set performance expectations, oversee teams, and drive automation to reduce manual tasks while developing executive dashboards.

You will guide cross-functional collaboration with Revenue Cycle, Operations, Compliance, HR, IT, and Legal to ensure compliant, scalable processes across markets and payers, with 25% travel expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive healthcare credentialing, enrollment, and provider operations experience.
• 5+ years of management experience in credentialing/enrollment.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale credentialing across multiple states/practice groups.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or rapid growth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for enterprise credentialing, enrollment, and licensing operations.
• Develop and execute long-term credentialing and enrollment strategies to accelerate provider onboarding.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
• Establish performance standards and KPIs for credentialing and enrollment operations.
• Represent credentialing and enrollment in executive discussions and strategic planning.
