Senior Authentication Product Manager

Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a savvy Digital Product Manager to own authentication capabilities in production for our US-based platform. You will drive passkeys, MFA, biometrics, and API integrations from discovery through rollout, balancing security with user experience.

You will partner with engineering, cybersecurity, risk, and design to deliver high-impact authentication solutions, monitor product-health metrics, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders. This role is on-site in Arizona.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital product management experience.
• 3+ years with authentication, identity, IAM/CIAM, cybersecurity.
• Experience delivering authentication capabilities from requirements to production.
• Experience partnering with engineering and architecture teams.
• Hands-on experience with passkeys, MFA, biometrics, device trust, tokens, or adaptive authentication.
• Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, CIAM/IAM platforms, and authentication integration patterns.
• Background in financial services or a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical skills using product-health metrics.
• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own authentication workstreams from discovery through production implementation.
• Translate strategy into roadmaps, requirements, user journeys, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and security through design, testing, and production readiness.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, defects, and decisions.
• Drive adoption and measure success post-launch.
• Surface issues early and communicate delivery status to stakeholders.
