Job summary

HID Global is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy and lifecycle for our authentication solutions. You will translate market insights into prioritized requirements and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing and services to drive growth and customer value.

The role operates within SAFe/Lean Portfolio practices, emphasizing data-informed decisions, roadmap alignment and successful go-to-market execution for large enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in product management, technology, or business.
• 7–10 years of product management experience in authentication or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of authentication technologies including FIDO, passkeys and MFA.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale products in agile or SAFe environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial acumen and ability to balance technical feasibility with market impact.
• Experience with passwordless authentication solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for assigned authentication solutions.
• Translate customer needs, market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive insights into product requirements and backlogs.
• Define clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and outcomes to guide Engineering.
• Lead participation in PI Planning and maintain alignment among roadmaps, delivery, and business objectives.
• Establish and maintain customer feedback loops to inform decisions and roadmap refinement.
• Define, monitor, and report key product performance indicators including revenue and adoption.
• Coordinate launch readiness and go-to-market with Product Marketing, Sales, and Technical Services.
• Represent the product in customer engagements, executive reviews, and industry discussions.
