Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or business.
• Experience in product management, online security, authentication or digital identity.
• Documented agile product development experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a feature roadmap to articulate group priorities.
• Lead product discovery with UX, tech and business partners.
• Create product stories with acceptance criteria for delivery.
• Develop customer insights using data and research teams.
• Collaborate with vendors for platform support and upgrades.
• Define authentication techniques with technology partners.
• Coordinate release plans with the scrum team.
• Generate KBIs and monitor production support metrics.
• Communicate clearly to stakeholders and provide first-line support.
