Okta is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the MFA team to secure logins for thousands of customers and millions of people worldwide. You will partner with engineering, design, and product marketing to shape the roadmap, deliver high-value solutions, and demonstrate measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and presence.
• Technical aptitude to communicate with engineering teams and customer developers.
• Track record delivering technical enterprise products.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with identity management, authentication factors, or security—MFA mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering and design to build actionable requirements for high-value authentication factor solutions.
• Define and socialize a roadmap articulating product direction and strategy.
• Build business cases to support ongoing product deliveries.
• Become the go-to subject matter expert for the product area.
• Develop and test hypotheses using lean, iterative methods.
• Prototype and validate early with light coding and demos for customer testing.
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and field teams for launches and lifecycle management.
• Create artifacts to guide development (framing docs, stories, canvases).
• Contribute to process improvements shared with other product teams.
• Leverage AI tools in research, prototyping, and demos to move faster.
