Qualifications

• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Technical fluency to communicate with engineering teams and customer developers.
• Track record delivering technical enterprise products.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in identity management or MFA mechanisms (TOTP, SMS OTP, push, hardware keys).
• Understanding of API/SDK design, dev experience considerations (error handling, versioning, docs).
• 5+ years as a product manager.
• Collaborative, iterative product discovery mindset.
• Customer problem understanding and hands-on product exploration.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering and design to build actionable requirements for high-value authentication factor solutions.
• Define and socialize a roadmap articulating product direction and strategy.
• Build compelling business cases to support ongoing delivery.
• Become the go-to subject matter expert for the product area.
• Develop and test hypotheses, iterating leanly.
• Prototype and validate early with lightweight demos and concepts.
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics for the product area.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and field teams for successful launches.
• Create framing docs, story maps, and opportunity canvases to guide development.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and demos.
