Withum is seeking a Senior Auditor to lead engagements from planning through completion, based out of the Houston, TX office. You will mentor staff, build client relationships, and ensure high-quality financial reporting across diverse clients.

You will work with seasoned CPAs in an integrated team, oversee risk assessment, fieldwork, and conclusions, and contribute to ongoing staff development. Travel as needed is anticipated.

Formación

• U.S. GAAP knowledge and audit experience are required.
• Strong client service orientation with professional communication.
• Experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the engagement team on planning and executing an audit, review, or compilation.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the audit engagement, from staffing to financial reporting.
• Provide supervision and support to staff and maintain open communication.
• Collaborate with managers and partners on client issue resolutions.
• Review general ledger accounts for accurate entries.
• Manage multiple engagements with diverse teams to meet deadlines.
• Create and track engagement budgets to identify inefficiencies.
• Mentor team members and participate in professional development programs.
