Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
At least 2 years of experience in auditing, accounting, risk management, compliance, or a combination.
CIA/CPA/CRCM or relevant certification preferred.
2+ years of banking/financial services experience preferred.
At least 1 year of experience with data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Perform risk-based reviews and assessments of compliance with federal, state, and other regulations and related business activities.
Communicate issues, risks, and recommendations to all levels of management.
Operate independently and meet schedules and quality standards.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business partners and the Audit group.
Leverage data and analytical tools during planning and fieldwork phases of audits.
Follow up on audit actions to ensure timely management responses.
Seek learning opportunities to enhance skills and competencies related to the role.
