Capital One seeks a Senior Auditor for Compliance and Privacy to join the Audit team in a hybrid role. You will conduct operational and compliance audits, support the annual plan, and communicate findings to leadership.

You will perform risk-based reviews, leverage data analytics, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive timely remediation while pursuing ongoing learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• CIA/CPA/CRCM or relevant certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in auditing, accounting, risk management or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk-based reviews and assessments of compliance with regulations and business activities.
• Assist in communicating issues, risks, and recommendations to management.
• Operate independently and ensure work meets high-quality standards and timelines.
• Develop strong relationships with business partners and the Audit group.
• Leverage data and analytical tools during planning and fieldwork.
• Follow up on audit actions to ensure timely remediation.
• Pursue learning opportunities to enhance skills.
