The Charles Schwab Corporation's Corporate Internal Audit team is seeking a Senior Auditor to assess capital, liquidity risk, interest rate risk, and balance sheet management. The role supports audit coverage across Treasury and Financial Risk Management functions and tests remediation of issues.

Reporting to the Director or Senior Manager, you will assist in independent assurance activities and contribute to risk assessment and control improvements.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years of financial services audit experience.
• CPA, CIA, or CISA certifications preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; travel up to 5%.
• Experience in internal audit within regulatory environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist planning and execution of internal audit assignments in accordance with IIA standards.
• Identify and draft audit observations for review with partners.
• Validate audit issue action plans with the business.
• Participate in annual risk assessment and document risk ratings.
• Provide coaching and onboarding support to team members.
• Complete firm-wide and departmental administration and training requirements.
• Assist with special projects related to operational improvement.
