Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior IT Auditor to join the Internal Audit Department. You will help audit IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data center operations, and change management to ensure risk controls are effective.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to test controls, document findings, and support risk management initiatives in a hybrid work environment in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years IT audit experience in financial services.
• Experience performing internal audits in complex environments.
• CPA, CIA, or CISA preferred; other relevant certs will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Audit planning and execution for IT infrastructure within Schwab.
• Ensure work follows IIA standards and IAD policies.
• Draft observations and assist in debriefing with partners.
• Support risk assessment and tracking of issues and budgets.
