Job summary

Fieldguide, a remote-first company based in San Francisco, seeks a Senior Customer Success Engineer, Audit. You will own adoption, value realization, and workflow excellence for customers running audit engagements, working inside Fieldguide to help teams execute audits more efficiently and with higher quality.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Revenue to ensure customers realize meaningful value from the platform, while guiding best practices and enabling audit

Qualifications

• 4+ years in public accounting, audit, assurance, or advisory.
• Deep understanding of audit lifecycle: planning, evidence, review, engagement management.
• Experience supporting complex multi-team audit environments and methodology rollouts.
• Hands-on with software platforms: configuring workflows and troubleshooting usage challenges.
• Strong curiosity for data models, permissions, configurations, and AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own adoption and success for a portfolio of Fieldguide audit customers.
• Drive platform adoption by configuring workflows, templates, and engagement structures.
• Translate audit standards and methodologies into scalable Fieldguide workflows.
• Collaborate with audit teams to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality.
• Lead customer enablement, training, and change management.
• Identify usage gaps, inefficiencies, and risk signals, and propose improvements.
• Act as a practitioner-advisor guiding customers toward best practices.
