The Recruiting Hive is representing a leading CPA and business advisory firm in north central Phoenix, seeking a Senior Audit Manager to lead client engagements and supervise staff.

This role offers a hybrid work schedule and a base salary up to $140,000 DOE, with responsibilities spanning audits, reviews, and compilations across multiple niches including Manufacturing, Restaurants, Construction, Real Estate, and Estate/Gift.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required.
• Active CPA is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• GAAP and GAAS knowledge strongly preferred.
• Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns.

Responsabilidades

• Perform field work of audits, reviews and compilations.
• Prepare financial statements with full disclosures.
• Plan, supervise and complete routine engagements.
• Supervise other accountants across varying levels of proficiency.
• Review work performed by other accountants.
• Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing ones.
• Recognize opportunities to provide additional services.
• Assist in firm administrative functions as needed.
