Job summary

Our client, located in north central Phoenix, is one of Arizona's largest locally owned CPA and business advisory firms. They seek a stellar Audit Manager to join the team and manage clients and staff across Manufacturing/Retail/Distribution, Restaurants, Construction, Real Estate and estates.

The position offers a hybrid work schedule with base salary up to $140,000 DOE and opportunities to develop new client relationships and lead audits from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years public accounting experience.
• CPA or CPA Candidate in process.
• Self-motivated and team player.
• Strong analytical skills with GAAP/GAAS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage audits from start to finish.
• Review field work of audits, reviews and compilations.
• Review financial statements with full disclosures.
• Plan, supervise and complete routine engagements.
• Supervise other accountants.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional services.
• Assist in firm administrative functions.
