ExcelliSearch, Inc. is partnering with a north-central Phoenix CPA and business advisory firm to recruit a Senior Audit Manager. You will manage clients and staff across Manufacturing/Retail/Distribution, Restaurants, Construction, Real Estate, and Estate/Gift engagements.

This role offers a hybrid schedule with a base salary up to $140,000 DOE. You will perform audits, reviews, and compilations, supervise accountants, and help develop client relationships while upholding GAAP/GAAS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
• Active CPA license required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform field work of audits, reviews and compilations.
• Prepare financial statements with full disclosures.
• Plan, supervise and complete routine engagements.
• Supervise other accountants of varying levels of proficiency and experience.
• Review work performed by other accountants.
• Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing ones.
• Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to clients.
• Assist in firm administrative functions as needed.
