Compuray Medical Staffing in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Audit Manager to lead audits across multiple sectors, manage staff, and strengthen client relationships. The role offers a hybrid work schedule and a base salary up to $140,000 DOE, with opportunities across Manufacturing, Retail, Restaurants, Construction, Real Estate, and Estate/Gift niches.

The ideal candidate will have a CPA, 5+ years in public accounting, strong communication, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of GAAP/GAAS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum 5 years public accounting experience.
• Active CPA certification.
• GAAP/GAAS knowledge; GAGAS familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Perform field work of audits, reviews and compilations.
• Prepare financial statements with full disclosures.
• Plan, supervise and complete routine engagements.
• Supervise other accountants.
• Review work performed by other accountants.
• Develop new client relationships, and strengthen existing relationships.
• Assist in firm administrative functions as needed.
