Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• CPA active license is preferred or required.
• Minimum 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP and GAAS knowledge; familiarity with GAAS standards.
• Ability to prepare financial statements and income tax returns and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform field work of audits, reviews and compilations.
• Prepare financial statements with full disclosures.
• Plan, supervise and complete routine engagements.
• Supervise other accountants (of varying levels of proficiency and experience).
• Review work performed by other accountants.
• Develop new client relationships, and strengthen existing relationships.
• Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to clients.
• Assist in firm administrative functions as needed.
