Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA eligibility is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting and auditing rules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete audit and/or attest projects with minimal oversight.
• Conduct engagement reviews.
• Accept increasing responsibility for engagement management.
• Mentor Staff Accountants and supervise junior staff.
• Work toward CPA licensure if not yet attained.
• Develop client relationships and support team profitability.
