Job summary

BPM LLP is seeking an Assurance Senior to lead audits, review work, and coordinate with leaders and clients. You will supervise staff, develop audit strategies, and deliver high-quality financial reporting while promoting BPM’s collaborative culture.

The role emphasizes client relationships, technical accounting knowledge, and mentoring teammates in a remote-first, flexible workplace at BPM LLP.

Qualifications

• Licensed CPA, or pursuing CPA.
• BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience across multiple industries.
• Experience auditing complex accounts (inventory, revenue, equity/stock options).
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multiple client engagements throughout the year.
• Supervise associate level professionals and delegate tasks.
• Communicate and resolve issues with engagement manager.
• Develop and execute audit strategy from planning to reporting.
• Maintain client relationships to drive satisfaction.
• Research and apply complex accounting concepts and auditing procedures.
• Draft financial statements and report audit findings.
• Mentor associates and foster teamwork.
