Qualifications

• Licensed CPA, or in the process of obtaining the CPA.
• BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years experience in public accounting in multiple industries; SEC experience preferred.
• Experience auditing complex accounts such as inventory, revenue, equity/stock options.
• Proven leadership/supervisor capabilities and strong communication skills.
• Ability to translate research into actionable deliverables and client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute day-to-day audit engagements across multiple clients.
• Supervise associate professionals and delegate engagement duties.
• Communicate and resolve audit issues with guidance from the engagement manager.
• Develop audit strategy from planning through reporting.
• Maintain client relationships to drive satisfaction.
• Apply complex accounting concepts and auditing procedures.
• Draft financial statements and report audit findings.
• Mentor associates and promote a collaborative team environment.
• Champion remote-first practices and paperless workflows aligned with BPM values.
