Qualifications

• Licensed CPA with active credentials in the U.S.
• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in public accounting across multiple industries.
• Experience auditing complex accounts (inventory, revenue, stock options).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize research into actionable deliverables.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple audit engagements and resolve issues.
• Supervise staff, set budgets, assign workloads, and manage client deliverables.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive satisfaction.
• Research and apply complex accounting concepts and auditing procedures.
• Mentor staff with training and feedback.
• Draft proposals and scope engagements.
• Plan and execute day-to-day engagement activities.
• Lead the Sioux Falls team with in-office support.
• Communicate issues with the engagement manager.
• Develop audit strategy from planning to reporting.
• Draft financial statements and report audit findings.
