Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
• Experience with external audit across multiple industries.
• Strong organization, communication, and accounting/ac auditing skills.
• Experience with engagement management, reviews, and staff supervision.
• Ability to multitask across engagements and perform research on technical matters.
• CPA licensure or eligibility in the aligned home state.

Responsibilities

• Running client engagements from start to finish, including planning and budgeting.
• Supervising, training, and mentoring staff and interns on audit processes.
• Maintaining client relationships to enhance satisfaction and engagement quality.
• Collaborating with audit team to identify issues and develop solutions.
• Researching and analyzing financial statements and audit issues using databases and software.
• Engaging with client management to collect information and recommend improvements.
