Job summary

Crowe is growing and seeking future leaders for a Senior Associate track within Audit & Assurance. The role leads engagements in the Financial Services vertical, with opportunities to rotate across Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurance, and Fintech to align with career goals.

Responsibilities include managing engagements, mentoring staff, maintaining client relationships, and driving process improvements while staying compliant with CPA requirements and travel needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of public audit experience.
• Experience with Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management and Fintech clients.
• Asset Management experience preferred.
• CPA licensure or progress required.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Run client engagements from start to finish: financial statements, staffing, scheduling, budgeting and administration.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff and interns on audit processes and engagement reviews.
• Maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with management to deliver audit services.
• Identify and resolve audit issues with the audit team.
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit issues using audit software.
• Interact with client management to collect information and propose improvements.
