Job summary

Crowe Advisory LLC is seeking an Audit Senior Associate to lead client engagements across multiple industry verticals, including Banking, Healthcare, and Financial Services. You will manage planning, staffing, budgeting, and execution while mentoring staff and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 2+ years of public accounting external audit experience and CPA certification in the home state; travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
• Experience with Banking, Healthcare, Private Equity, Technology Media Telecommunications, Public Sector, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Real Estate & Construction, Fintech, Manufacturing clients.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple engagements concurrently.
• CPA certification in the aligned home office state; CPA license in that state is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from start to finish, including planning, staffing, budgeting, and execution.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff and interns; conduct engagement reviews.
• Maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with management at all levels.
