Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
• Experience with external audit for diverse industries (Energy, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Tech, Real Estate).
• CPA education requirement for your aligned home office state.
• Ability to travel to various client sites and work additional hours as needed.
• Having a CPA license in that state is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Running client engagements from start to finish, including planning and budgeting.
• Supervising, training, and mentoring staff and interns on audit processes.
• Maintaining positive client relationships and delivering audit services.
• Collaborating with audit team to resolve client issues discovered during the process.
• Encouraging creativity to grow expertise within the firm.
• Researching and analyzing financial statements and audit issues using databases.
• Engaging with client management to collect information and improve business processes.
