Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Audit Senior Associate to lead client engagements from start to finish, including planning, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and related administration. You will supervise staff, mentor interns, and maintain strong client relationships while applying audit standards and industry knowledge.

Experience in public accounting external audit is required, CPA certification preferred, with flexibility to travel to various client sites and work longer hours when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of external audit experience in public accounting.
• CPA certification required or in same state CPA license.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Run client engagements from start to finish including planning and budgeting.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff and interns on audit processes.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver audit services.
• Collaborate with audit team to resolve client issues and improve processes.
• Research and analyze financial statements using audit software.
