Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Audit Senior Associate to join our Audit & Assurance team. You will lead client engagements from start to finish, supervise staff, and maintain strong relationships with management and clients across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of external audit experience in public accounting.
• Experience with external audits for multiple industries including Food & Commodities, Metals, Supply Chain, Cannabis, Healthcare, tech/telecom, consumer markets, life sciences, real estate & construction, and manufacturing.
• Strong organizational, communication, technical, and auditing skills.
• Experience with engagement management, reviews, and staff supervision.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple engagements concurrently.
• Ability to perform technical research prior to manager review.
• CPA certification in home office state required or preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from start to finish, including financial statement prep and budgeting.
• Supervise and mentor staff and interns on audit processes.
• Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with management and staff at all levels.
• Collaborate with audit team to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit issues using databases and audit software.
• Engage with client management to gather information and provide recommendations for improvements.
