Qualifications

• This position requires meeting the education requirement for CPA certification in your aligned home office state.
• Having a CPA license in that state already is even better.
• Experience with engagement management and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Running client engagements from start to finish, including financial statement prep, staffing, scheduling and budgeting.
• Supervising and mentoring staff and interns on audit processes and engagement reviews.
• Maintaining relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and coordinate with management.
• Collaborating with audit teams to resolve client issues and grow expertise.
• Researching and analyzing financial statements and audit issues using available tools.
