CTI – Conference Technologies in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Project Manager to lead AV integration projects, coordinating resources, schedules and client communication to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on oversight of installations, programming and commissioning, and proven ability to drive project success. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $115,000 annually with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing AV integration projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in maintaining project documents
• Experience in leading teams, including training and performance management
• Hands-on experience with AV installations and providing creative solutions
• Ability to track and improve performance metrics; ensure deadlines and budgets are met

Responsibilities

• Strategize to achieve project goals and ensure seamless AV integration
• Schedule all necessary corporate services and labor resources
• Communicate project deadlines, specifications, and budgets to the AV install team
• Maintain current and accurate project documents, drawings, BOMs and change orders
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and provide timely updates on issues and progress
• Lead and coach a team of employees, overseeing training and performance
• Delegate responsibilities with precision and ensure accountability across the team
• Support install staff from installation through programming to final punch lists
• Ensure projects stay on track to meet client deadlines and reflect current margins
