Conference Technologies is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Project Manager based in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical operations, managing project timelines and budgets while maintaining consistent communication.

With a minimum of 5 years in A/V Install and Project Management, you will lead project teams and support national accounts. The compensation ranges from $75,000 to $125,000, with comprehensive benefits including insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO.

Job Details

• Location: Austin, TX 78758
• Salary Range: $75,000 – $125,000
• Travel: Up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical operations staff
• Manage project timelines, specifications, and budgets while ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead and motivate project teams, oversee training and performance, and delegate tasks effectively
• Support national account projects and coordination
• Oversee multiple job sites across various locations simultaneously
• Assist AV installation teams with project execution, including installation, programming, and punch list completion
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project success

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of A/V Install and Project Management experience
• Associates degree preferred, but not required
• Customer Service Experience – a must
• Positive attitude and aptitude to learn and tackle any situation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clear, concise, and open lines of communication

• Base salary $70,000 – $120,000+ (DOE)
