Docketly, a sister company to ABC Legal Services, is seeking a Senior Full-Cycle Recruiter to own attorney recruiting from first contact to signed offer. You’ll build your own pipeline, source candidates, and close, with a monthly target of 15–20 hires.

You’ll source via LinkedIn Recruiter and bar directories, conduct cold calls, and negotiate offers. You will also develop a network of attorney relationships and referrals, and collaborate with hiring stakeholders to align role requirements with

Qualificações

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience recruiting attorneys or other licensed professionals.
• High-volume outbound calling and cold outreach experience.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with objections handling.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for attorney roles—from intake to offer.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, bar directories, referrals.
• Cold-call and pitch opportunities to candidates; move qualified candidates through process.
• Build and maintain a growing network of attorney relationships and referral sources.
• Hit a monthly quota of 15–20 hires with clear pipeline visibility.
• Partner with practice leaders and operations to understand role requirements and market conditions.
• Keep accurate records in ATS/CRM for pipeline and outcomes.
