Docketly, based in Longmont, Colorado, is seeking a Senior Full-Cycle Recruiter to own attorney recruiting from first contact to signed offer. You will build your own pipeline, source candidates, and close.

You’ll run a full desk: sourcing, screening, negotiating, and closing attorneys, with a monthly target of 15–20 hires. You’ll partner with practice leaders and operations to understand role requirements and market conditions, while maintaining clean records in the ATS/CRM.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting attorneys or other licensed/credentialed professionals.
• High-volume outbound calling experience.
• Track record of hitting a monthly hiring quota.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for attorney roles from intake to close.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, bar directories, referrals, and other channels.
• Cold-call and pitch to passive/active attorney candidates and move them through the process.
• Build and maintain a growing network of attorney relationships.
• Hit the monthly quota of 15–20 hires with pipeline visibility at all stages.
• Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and market conditions.
• Keep ATS/CRM records accurate and up-to-date.
