Docketly, a sister company to ABC Legal Services, is hiring a Senior Full-Cycle Recruiter to own attorney recruiting from first contact to signed offer. You will build your own pipeline, source candidates, get on the phone, and close. Expect a monthly target of 15–20 attorney hires and heavy ownership of your desk.

You will source, screen, pitch, negotiate, and close attorneys while partnering with hiring stakeholders and maintaining clean ATS/CRM records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across attorney roles from intake to close.
• Source own candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and directories.
• Cold-call and pitch to passive and active attorney candidates.
• Build and maintain a book of business with referral sources.
• Hit a monthly quota of 15–20 hires and manage pipeline health.
